Production for Haunting/LFLD is running smoothly. We are 9 pages away from the book being fully inked with pages being colored and lettered as we speak. We are aiming to have the book wrapped by September, and will keep you updated on our timeline.

The HAUNTING/LFLD #1 campaign officially ended last Thursday at 137% funding with 502 backers!
This has been our biggest HAUNTING or Like Father, Like Daughter campaign to date, and we have all of you to thank for it!
So THANK YOU for supporting the crossover and for helping us to make this awesome story a reality! 👻🦸
Now that the campaign is over, let's take a minute to discuss what's next.
First order of business is Errored Pledges. We still have a handful of backers who need to update their payment information due to some expiry or validity issue. Remember that your pledge will be dropped if you don't update your information before Thursday July 1st at 9:00pm EST.
We sent a reminder email to backers who are still in error earlier today, and will send a final reminder on Wednesday.
All backers of this Kickstarter will be receiving exclusive previews of two of Kat and Phil's upcoming comic projects: Slice of Life and Bi-Visibility: A Bisexual Anthology, as well as the Digital Indie Comic Book Bundle containing 22 indie comics!
In case you missed it, we sent out the preview for Slice of Life Episodes 1-2 via Kickstarter Messages on Sunday night.

Pencils for all 43-pages of HAUNTING/Like Father, Like Daughter #1 are completed and we are concurrently making our way through Inking, Coloring, and Lettering.
As of right now, we're expecting everything to be completed sometime in August, at which time we will send out Digital Rewards to all backers. Physical rewards should follow a few weeks later in late August/early September.
We'll continue to update backers as the schedule becomes more definite. In the meantime, check out two more awesome pages below!

As we enter our final week on Kickstarter, we wanted to take a minute to run through the NEW REWARD TIERS that have been added to the HAUNTING/LFLD campaign since we launched last month (we can't believe it's been a month already 😮).
But before we dive into those new tiers, let's take a minute to talk about Stretch Goals!
With still three days to spare, we've unlocked Stretch Goals #1 and #2!
This means that all Physical Backers will receive 1 Free HAUNTING/LFLD Trading Card with their Rewards! If you're lucky, you'll pull a RARE HOLO FOIL card (Ratio 1:6)

Sagas of the Shield Maiden (Book 2)
A Viking Western comic that recounts the legends of The Shield Maiden as she traverses Scandinavia and beyond the North Sea!
Each tale takes place at a different point in the Shield Maiden's life. From her first raid in England to a spout of bloody vengeance and her eventual death. As well as obviously being heavily influenced by Viking history and Norse mythology, the stories all draw upon traits and themes commonly found in the western genre.
This installment explores the more mercenary and older side of the Shield Maiden as well as the romantic side of her younger self with an interstitial story pitting our titular hero as an almost Kaiju-like figure as she slaughters bandits in a burning village.
Fun Fact: the HAUNTING/LFLD Crossover and Sagas of the Shield Maiden actually share a colorist! The incredible talented Fabi Marquez is responsibility for the amazing colors in both books! So definitely head over to the Shield Maiden campaign to check out more of Fabi's work!

With the seven dwarves dead, the quintessential fairy tale princess must join forces with her polyamorous Prince Charming and his tough-as-nails paramour, Rapunzel, to wage a losing battle against death itself. SWZA is a story of deep woods and old magic mixed with a healthy dollop of blood, sex, kung fu, and gender politics. Way more than zombies and fairy tales as usual.
The art on the book is amazing, and the story is a unique and exciting genre-mashup that's sure to entertain all readers!
